Please inquire about specific allergen-friendly options. Many desserts cannot be made allergen-free. We cannot accommodate corn allergies. Soy free and coconut free menus are available on request

Sourcing local: We have long standing relationships with local farmers, from whom we source all of our apples, berries, stone fruits, melons, rhubarb, florals, herbs, and squash. For other local items like maple syrup, as well as oils, nuts and dried fruit, we use Co-op Partners Warehouse (CPW) as our supplier. We buy our hazelnuts from a Midwest-based growers collective.

Sourcing seasonally: We place a high value on the quality and flavor of our ingredients, for this reason we never purchase produce out of season. Through local farmers and CPW, we procure the best ingredients at the peak of their growing season to use fresh. To limit our carbon footprint we order in large quantities once and then use these seasonal ingredients year round by preserving them through freezing, dehydrating, making jams and jellies, and salt-curing. Florals: we work with trusted local florists, flower-sellers and growers to source the most vibrant botanicals for our cakes and desserts. We can also apply flowers and greenery provided by your wedding florist to your cake onsite.

Fair Trade: All of our chocolate and coffee products are Fair Trade certified.

Organic: We use only organic sugar, coffee, and chocolate. We recognize that the USDA certified “organic” label is difficult to come by for many farmers who use organic practices, and so we do not use exclusively USDA certified organic produce so that we may support local farmers.

Sustainability Commitment: We utilize reusable baking tools and materials, compostable materials where available, and limit single use plastics. We further decrease our carbon footprint by preserving seasonal produce for year round use and sourcing produce locally whenever possible.
